I'm Thandi Tuminski, founder of Tuminski Building Services. My path into this industry began long before I earned my Business Administration degree, it started on job sites alongside my father, a professional carpenter, where I learned the trade from the ground up: renovations, restorations, and everything in between.

My upbringing gave me a unique dual perspective. While my father built his carpentry business, my mother ran her own company specializing in eco-friendly building products. Between the two, I was immersed in both the craftsmanship and the business side of the industry from an early age.

I hold a degree in Business Administration, and throughout college and after, I worked directly alongside my father, developing hands-on expertise in construction and renovation. That experience, combined with formal business training, gives me a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project I take on.

I built this business on that foundation, technical skill grounded in real experience, paired with the business acumen to run it well. Tuminski Building Services is fully licensed and insured (HIC #0705903), giving clients confidence and peace of mind on every project.
